Product Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

Micron is seeking a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician to join its Singapore manufacturing site. The role supports the PQA engineering team in driving quality excellence, managing deviations, and implementing corrective actions across product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PQA engineer in managing quality deviations and driving closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct inline assessments and validate corrective actions to ensure products meet customer quality requirements.
• Monitor and track the status of corrective actions, preventive actions, and lessons‑learned dissemination.
• Develop and enhance quality metric dashboards using automation tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Tableau.
• Establish standard operating procedures for quality‑related monitoring.
• Perform data mining to identify improvement opportunities and support site‑wide quality projects.

Required profile

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule, including nights.
• Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
• Strong documentation and procedural development abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with diverse teams and a diligent approach to material quality.
• Knowledge of artificial‑intelligence applications is a plus.
