Production Admin

About the role

Brenntag is hiring a Production Admin in Singapore. The role covers the day-to-day administration of production and warehouse operations, including SAP transactions, production orders, inventory tracking and coordination with suppliers and the QA/QC department.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and raise write-off forms for management approval, perform the corresponding SAP transactions and file them for audit purposes.
• Create cases in Salesforce for receiving discrepancies or goods movement issues.
• Perform stock transfers (BIN to BIN) and Goods Receipt in SAP for White Oil bulk deliveries, checking batch number, shipping details and quantity against records.
• Coordinate with import agents to ensure timely arrival of raw materials and bulk goods.
• Generate production orders from the weekly schedule, follow them through to closure and update WHM inventory.
• Carry out flushing, gain and loss transactions in line with the production plan.
• Lead the weekly production meeting, report on drumming progress and review the schedule; work with the Regional Planner to align production with delivery dates.
• Monitor warehouse and production equipment stock, raise PRs for operational items and equipment, and request supplier quotations.
• Update the Daily Filling Report, prepare a monthly forklift checklist and the monthly overtime list, and create attendance forms for toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Follow up with QA/QC on submitted Blending Forms, develop and maintain work instructions, and track monthly disposal of waste or obsolete items.
• Extract weekly QI reports from SAP, maintain maintenance checklists, monitor empty drum availability and cover colleagues during absences.
