Production Control and Planning

About the role

The role focuses on planning activities that ensure smooth production control, inventory management and material resources planning within a leading semiconductor equipment company. You will work closely with engineering, finance and shop‑floor teams to guarantee material availability and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SAP work order release schedule to ensure on‑time material delivery.
• Perform pre‑shortage analysis, work order variance analysis and review MRP execution.
• Prepare status reports for Engineering Change Orders and resolve WIP issues.
• Analyze inventory usage, manage stock levels, forecast spare parts and handle obsolete inventory.
• Participate in process control activities, root‑cause analysis and cycle counting.
• Lead data‑analysis projects, create visualisations with Tableau and perform ad‑hoc statistical analysis using Python or SQL.
