Production Operator – Equipment Operations & Material Prep

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on equipment operation, monitor machine performance, and ensure raw materials and finished goods are prepared correctly for the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Run production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report machine breakdowns, dysfunctions, or quality‑related issues.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new operators.
• Execute tasks according to working instructions, targets, and quality standards.
• Record production data manually when required to maintain traceability.
• Verify raw material deliveries from the warehouse and load materials or semi‑finished goods onto the line.
• Check final‑process parameters such as total length, number of good products, and number of defects.
• Prepare finished goods for pick‑up by the TPA operator.
