Production Operator – Food Processing

About the role

The Production Operator will support food processing and filling operations in our manufacturing plant, following detailed work instructions and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to work instructions.
• Prepare for start‑up, including verification of metal detectors and other critical control points.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Check and record net weight using digital systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Availability for rotating weekly shifts (7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm, or 11 pm‑7 am) across Monday‑Saturday.
• Minimum NITEC or foreign diploma/degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an advantage.
