Production Operator / Technician (Day or Night Shift)

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Operator/Technician, supporting daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environment. You can select a permanent day or night shift and will receive comprehensive training on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units and record relevant parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the quality plan and manage non‑conforming items.
• Update MES data accurately, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Handle material‑handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading and unloading.
• Support the Team Leader with changes, projects, and compliance to EHS, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School, O‑Level, SPM, NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (cleanroom or non‑cleanroom).
