Production Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Technician, supporting daily manufacturing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the shop floor. You can select a permanent day or night shift and will work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units and record process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Conduct sampling inspections and manage non‑conforming product disposition according to quality plans.
• Support the Team Leader in implementing changes, projects, and ensuring EHS compliance.
• Accurately update MES data, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Handle material‑handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using appropriate tools.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School/O Level/SPM/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in both cleanroom and non‑cleanroom settings.
