Project Engineer (ACMV)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer specialized in Air‑Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and (ACMV) systems to lead construction projects from design through completion. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with clients and authorities, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, manage changes, and review drawings for practicality.
• Coordinate all phases of project management: planning, execution, control and hand‑over.
• Document all changes to specifications, scopes and drawings.
• Act as primary contact at site meetings with clients, project team and authorities.
• Supervise site implementation of project plans and monitor costing, budgets, claims and schedules.
• Lead the project team to align progress with the project schedule.
• Enforce Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) practices on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor, preferably ACMV.
• Proficiency in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Salary range $3,500 – $6,000 per month.
• Performance‑based bonus of 0 %–20 % per month.
• Medical allowance of 2 % per month.
