Project Engineer – BMS, PLC, SCADA & Mechanical Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to oversee building management, automation and mechanical systems across our sites in Singapore. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage subcontractors and ensure optimal performance of BMS, PLC, SCADA and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign subcontractors and manpower for maintenance and post‑project handover tasks.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to carry out maintenance and servicing works.
• Develop and schedule preventive maintenance programmes.
• Perform routine checks, system backups, restoration, troubleshooting and upgrades for BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Record service and maintenance data and generate detailed reports.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to site facility management teams.
• Execute ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BMS, PLC and HVAC is a strong advantage.
