Project Management Assistant Intern

About the role

A homegrown media company in Singapore is seeking a Project Management intern to manage campaigns and proposals. The intern gains hands-on experience in campaign management and influencer coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Creative and Editorial. The internship lasts a minimum of 20 weeks (5 months).

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so campaigns are delivered on time to the highest quality standards.
• Support Project Managers with timeline development and management.
• Compile data and gather insights from content teams to provide preliminary insights for campaign renewals.
• Ensure performance data captured on the IRN reporting tool is accurate and help troubleshoot issues with the tech team.
• Support campaign briefs by clarifying the business challenge and providing enough background for teams to work with.
• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, proposals and presentations, and coordinate events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Mass Communications or equivalent, or currently studying for one.
• Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, team spirit and strong people skills.
• Meticulous, with a good eye for content and trending topics.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 weeks (5 months) of internship.
