Project Management Executive – Property Development

About the role

The Project Management Executive supports the Project Manager in delivering end‑to‑end property development projects in Singapore. This technical role offers exposure to project planning, consultant coordination, authority submissions, and construction delivery while ensuring all documentation and communications are well organised.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager from design development through construction to TOP and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely design outputs, submissions and responses.
• Track project programmes, milestones and key deliverables, flagging risks or delays.
• Monitor construction progress, site activities and consultant deliverables.
• Maintain schedules and trackers for statutory submissions, inspections and approvals up to TOP/CSCA.
• Prepare, organise and maintain project documentation, records and filing systems.
• Draft meeting agendas, minutes and follow‑up action lists; coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, progress claims, variations and contract administration.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Design, Finance, Legal, Commercial, IT and Building Management.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with a developer, consultancy or contractor handling Singapore projects.
• Independent, proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants and stakeholders concurrently.
