Project Management Executive – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Management Executive to join our engineering and construction team in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. The role involves overseeing tender documentation, cost control, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and manage tender documents.
• Monitor project costs to keep projects within budget.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contracts.
• Source, liaise with, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors.
• Review and negotiate pricing and cost‑saving options with contractors.
• Prepare detailed work schedules for site teams.
• Manage project administration and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with main contractors, HDB projects, or tendering is an advantage.
• Project management experience working with contractors is an advantage.
