Project Manager – Architecture (Terminal 5)

About the role

You will join the project management team responsible for the design, delivery and construction of Singapore's future Terminal 5 and its associated facilities. Based at the Changi East Project Office, you will ensure the project meets design intent, safety standards, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate design deliverables from consultants, reviewing designs, specifications, plans and drawings.
• Prepare tender documents, project specifications and lead tender evaluation and contractor award.
• Oversee construction management and administration to ensure works comply with design intent, safety, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with project team, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, quality control and safety during construction.
• Coordinate project documentation, close‑out activities and handover support.

Required profile

• Good degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and project management on large‑scale projects, preferably aviation infrastructure.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, deliver results and manage fast‑paced projects.
• Team player with solid project management capabilities.
