Project Manager – Automated Warehouse (ASRS)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse. You will coordinate site activities, manage contractors and ensure the project meets safety, quality and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site activities for the ASRS warehouse development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Facilitate work sequencing discussions between the ASRS contractor and the main contractor.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project reports, progress updates and presentations for management.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections and coordination sessions.
• Drive problem‑solving and decision‑making to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for record‑keeping and compliance.
• Oversee handover to Facilities Management, including O&M documentation.
• Review project performance and compile lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design coordination and work sequencing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organisational levels.
• Leadership and team‑management capability.
• Effective risk management, problem‑solving, time‑management and prioritisation.
• Willingness to travel between the site (19 Gul Lane) and office as required.
