About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and cost targets while achieving defined business benefits.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, budget, change, risks, and issues.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stage‑gate controls.
Prepare detailed project plans, track inter‑dependencies, and resolve conflicts.
Provide executive‑level status reporting and governance.

Required profile

9‑12 years of project management experience in financial services, preferably wealth management.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Proven experience managing large‑scale programs for private banks.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent leadership abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at executive level.
