Project Manager – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects across Singapore on a contract basis. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, financials, and documentation compliance.
• Lead all implementation phases, maintaining deadlines and budget control.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft solution proposals for prospective clients.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• PMP or CITPM certification is mandatory.
• 4‑5 years of experience, including at least 2 years on government projects and 3 years in IT project management.
• Strong leadership, mentorship abilities and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms, specifically OpenText.
• Familiarity with EMC Documentum.
