Project Manager (Critical Power)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of critical power projects, ensuring milestones are met, costs are controlled, and billing is timely. You will act as the bridge between sales, suppliers, and the service department, guaranteeing smooth hand‑overs and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, cost control, and billing cycles.
• Validate supplier quotations against site requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for efficient execution.
• Support sales during the bidding phase, including project structure presentations and site surveys.
• Define payment milestones and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide monthly billing forecasts to the reporting manager.
• Oversee hand‑over to the service department with complete documentation.
• Submit hand‑over documents to clients for signature.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in critical power or data‑center environments.
• Proven ability to work with contractors, facilities managers, end users, consultants and senior managers.
• Experience thriving in a high‑pace environment.
