Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an action‑oriented Project Manager to lead high‑impact business transformation initiatives at Virtuos, a leading game development studio. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven workflow automation projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously, from business case definition through post‑deployment evaluation.
• Collaborate with AI Business Analysts, AI Engineers and BI Developers to translate business goals into detailed project plans, timelines and success metrics.
• Develop project scope, milestones, resource allocation plans and risk registers, maintaining transparency for all stakeholders.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and functional leads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT), communicating status, risks and ROI to executives.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation and milestone tracking to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Drive adoption of automation tools through user training, feedback collection and iterative improvements.
• Identify opportunities to scale reusable automation frameworks and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, finance operations or system integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams on technology‑driven projects.
• Strong governance skills including planning, risk control, stakeholder alignment and value tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Familiarity with AI or Generative AI is a plus; experience in gaming or creative industries is a plus.
