Project Manager, Global Construction

About the role

Micron Technology is hiring a Project Manager for its Global Construction function. The role covers the project management of schedule, cost management and risk control for regional expansion projects, acting as the knowledge source for the full life cycle of construction project delivery and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project's schedule, costs and risks for regional expansion.
• Communicate effectively with key partners such as Global Facilities and Construction Management, the site construction team, central teams and the PMO.
• Help align partners and set priorities for the internal team on deliverables.
• Oversight of business processes and standards throughout project delivery.
• Identify, test and share AI-enabled improvements within your scope of work to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction, building, project management, engineering or architecture.
• At least 12 years of experience, including 8 years in base build and progressive build, in greenfield and brownfield settings.
• Experience in off-site manufacturing (OSM).
• Construction project management experience in EPCM projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Required skills

• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP).
• Cost and schedule management experience.
