About the role
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from conception to completion. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving business goals efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ICT or digital projects in a structured project‑management capacity.
- Drive teams and stakeholders toward a common goal without direct authority.
- Analyze situations quickly, identify root causes, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Anticipate problems before they arise and act decisively to mitigate them.
- Stay effective in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and adjust plans as needed.
- Consistently deliver on commitments across multiple workstreams.
- Build trust, manage expectations, and keep all parties aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant project‑management experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
