Project Manager

About the role

Jobline is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation. The role covers defining scope and resources, monitoring progress and risks, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendors, project financials and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering technology and digital transformation projects.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory or compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
