Project Manager – Learning Systems (AMK)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning system projects across Singapore. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement LMS, LXP, and AI‑enabled learning solutions that drive workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of learning projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; document and communicate any scope changes.
• Support the design and rollout of AI‑enabled learning features such as intelligent search, personalized recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI.
• Allocate internal and external resources, ensuring teams have the necessary skills and support.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage quality assurance through testing, validation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing complex projects in defense, learning, or education sectors.
• Degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Trello.
• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI concepts.
