Project Manager (Manufacturing / Process Improvement / ERP Implementation)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead ERP implementation and drive process improvement initiatives for a leading medical devices manufacturer in Singapore. The role will focus on deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and enhancing manufacturing and inventory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, system testing, UAT, training and go‑live.
• Review existing manufacturing, supply‑chain and warehouse processes, identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Manage inventory costing and production planning enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate cross‑functional project meetings, track milestones, risks and deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance and external ERP vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement or ERP implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle or NetSuite
• Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Inventory management, production planning and warehouse operations knowledge
