Project Manager – M&E Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing project execution from planning through commissioning, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage work programmes, cost estimates and material forecasts.
• Prepare and submit shop‑drawings for consultant approval.
• Attend technical meetings and coordinate with design and construction teams.
• Prepare variation orders and manage change requests.
• Handle authority testing, commissioning submissions and project hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing M&E construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
