Project Manager – ProActive Health (APMEA)

About the role

The APMEA ProActive Health Project Manager reports to the Senior Product Management Lead and is responsible for mobilising and driving end‑to‑end project execution across multiple functions, including RDA, RA, QA, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial and Legal. The role ensures that project milestones are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Systematically solve problems to achieve results and close gaps with global solutions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Manage resource requirements, availability and allocation.
• Partner with Finance to prepare concise project, performance and financial updates.
• Escalate risks to APMEA ProActive Health leadership and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• 5‑7 years of project‑management experience, preferably in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities.

• Financial reporting and performance tracking.
