Project Manager – Security Systems (5‑day work week)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead security system projects for a well‑established security inspection solutions company. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings, kick‑off meetings and periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate master programmes, monitor work progress and identify potential delays.
• Take preventive or remedial actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist with documentation and provide recommendations for contract awards.
• Check safety management systems and perform regular safety inspections.
• Carry out feasibility studies, develop preliminary programmes and budgets.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Supervise site works to achieve high quality standards.
• Liaise with public authorities and handle public feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or an equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within security or construction projects.
