• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and run Agile/Scrum cadences, resolving roadblocks proactively.
• Act as the main contact for external clients and sponsors, leading progress reviews and giving clear status reports.
• Manage change requests, track baseline metrics and mitigate delivery and architectural risks early.
• Adapt the delivery pace to strict public-sector compliance standards while keeping speed for entrepreneur-led projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software development or IT projects end-to-end.
• Strong command of timelines, scope, budgets and risk registers.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Confident presenting to and negotiating with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Bonus points: projects in banking, finance, government/public sector or compliance-heavy environments, and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM.

What we offer

• Opportunity to deliver large-scale, high-visibility solutions for regional clients.
• Competitive compensation with performance bonuses and regular merit reviews.
• A collaborative, transparent engineering culture that prioritises quality.
