Project Manager – Technology & Business Transformation

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional technology and business initiatives from planning through execution. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committee reviews and executive updates.
• Monitor financials, approvals and governance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards and metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
