Project Manager – Woodlands

About the role

The Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects in Woodlands. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to final hand‑over, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and secure quotations and funding approvals.
• Provide technical advice on client premises, aligning with authority regulations and recognized standards.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor progress on site.
• Inspect premises after construction completion and prepare detailed completion reports.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building/Project Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Familiarity with the submission process for building plans to local authorities.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Independent, resource‑ful and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good organisational skills and immediate availability.
