Projects Manager – Building Facades

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead building façade projects from design through installation. You will work closely with engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
• Manage daily activities of sub‑contractors and product installers according to the agreed installation programme.
• Coordinate with the factory manager on manufacturing schedules and site deliveries.
• Obtain necessary permits and licences from relevant authorities.
• Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, materials) while respecting budget constraints.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Hire contractors and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise labourers, mechanics and provide guidance as needed.
• Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with façade works.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules and construction crews.
• Strong risk‑management capabilities in construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
