Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position focuses on ensuring the quality and consistency of psychology‑focused AI training data. You will lead quality assurance efforts, review AI‑generated content, and guide a distributed team of trainers and QA specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated psychology content and trainer work against detailed project rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to maintain high standards of psychological accuracy, ethical awareness, and mental‑health safety.
• Identify recurring quality issues, communicate updates to contributors, and support onboarding of new trainers.
• Maintain documentation of guidelines, quality metrics, and workflow processes.
• Activate and manage contributors who are not consistently delivering work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent professional background in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for clear written communication.
• 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, academic writing, or related workflows.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety considerations.
