Public Relations and Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Public Relations and Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of the property's marketing plan, driving e‑commerce initiatives and fostering strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites, coordinate brand loyalty mailings, and produce brochures and collateral materials.
• Analyze market reports, guest data, and campaign performance to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI of all initiatives, and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage, and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on key internet travel sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and campaign metrics.
