Public Relations & Brand Manager

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a strategic, business‑minded Public Relations and Brand Manager to lead external communications and shape the sustainability narrative. This high‑visibility role combines brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and business‑driven storytelling to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy covering consumer, hiring, and corporate news aligned with business goals.
• Advise senior leadership on brand positioning, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead engagement with media, stylists, influencers, brand and corporate partners.
• Manage crisis and change communications in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Articulate UNIQLO’s sustainability initiatives and create compelling content for campaigns and partnerships.
• Monitor business performance and KPIs to inform communications and link efforts to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as merchandise planning and store operations.
• Manage and grow a cross‑functional team, fostering a high‑performance, purpose‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven ability to connect communication with business strategy, impact metrics and performance outcomes.
• Strong people‑management experience with leadership and influencing skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Go‑getter, driven, operational mindset.
• Degree in Business or Communications; MBA is a plus.
