COCO PR Singapore is seeking a proactive Public Relations Manager to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will shape agency growth, refine client strategies, and tackle complex communication challenges across Singapore and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with senior management to map agency growth and develop client communication strategies.
• Take full ownership of key client portfolios, acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor.
• Bridge senior leadership vision with junior team execution, ensuring clear translation of objectives.
• Secure high‑impact media placements and manage high‑stakes stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of PR experience in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and junior staff.
• Self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and takes initiative without hand‑holding.
• Exceptional writing and strategic thinking abilities, translating business goals into public perception.
• Strong media relationships in Singapore and the broader region, with confidence engaging C‑suite clients.
