Purchase Executive – Procurement & Office Management

About the role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement and office management functions within our construction-focused group of companies. The role ensures smooth material ordering, inventory control and inter-departmental coordination to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement procedures across the group to streamline processes.
• Assist in ordering materials and verify that purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices match.
• Use Autocount Software to manage procurement and inventory data effectively.
• Facilitate timely flow of information to support business operations.
• Coordinate with drivers for pick-up and delivery of materials.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and manage purchasing within budget.
• Collaborate with Site Team, HR and Accounts to ensure operational alignment.
• Handle physical documents – receiving, sorting, filing, retrieving and maintaining records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in full-spectrum procurement, preferably in construction, structural steel or metal works.
• Strong understanding of office management procedures and relevant legal policies.
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate availability is preferred but not essential.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,000 per month.
• 5.5‑day work week during probation, alternating Saturdays thereafter.
• Standard working hours: 9 am – 6 pm.
