QA Compliance Auditor

About the role

Labcorp is looking for a QA Compliance Auditor to support quality and regulatory compliance across multiple business areas in Singapore. You will work closely with operational teams and other QA sites to ensure standards are met and to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct protocol reviews, single‑department data audits, and in‑lab phase audits for various business units.
• Develop and deliver training on audit performance to operational groups.
• Provide advice, guidance, and consultation on quality and compliance matters.
• Maintain cross‑site QA relationships, recommend improvements for compliance and efficiency.
• Manage local quality initiatives aimed at enhancing the QA organization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality assurance requirements as defined in controlled documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a GxP regulatory environment.
• Preferred: 4+ years as a GxP auditor in life‑science industries and 2+ years experience with CAP and ISO 15189.
• Strong knowledge of multiple operational areas and clear communication skills.
• Ability to articulate processes, provide training, and influence process‑improvement initiatives.
