QA Operations Internship, Singapore (March-August 2027)

About the role

GSK's Vaccines Business Area is offering a polytechnic internship in QA Operations in Singapore from March to August 2027. It is aimed at current students of an accredited local polytechnic who want hands-on experience on live projects or assignments in quality assurance and vaccine manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform annual reconciliation of processes such as quality tag outs and approved supplier listings
• Scan and archive batch records
• Perform QA gemba walks
• Maintain trackers such as the QI tracker, checklist review tracker and QTO tracker
• Take part in quality improvement projects (Kaizens)
• Develop a training guide for the QA GMP/Batch Release intern and improve the induction programme for QA Operations executives

Required profile

• Diploma student from an accredited local polytechnic, preferably in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science
• Enrolled at a local polytechnic during the internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Interest in vaccines manufacturing

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems
• Attention to detail and awareness of culturally diverse teams
