QC Inspector – Junior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a QC Inspector to conduct microbiology testing, perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, and support GMP and ISO compliance in our skin‑care and cosmetics manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology testing, including environmental control, raw material and finished product testing.
• Perform quality checks for incoming raw materials, packaging, pre‑weighed materials, in‑process and final products.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, cleanliness in the laboratory, retention room and pre‑weighing room.
• Operate and maintain the DI water system.
• Monitor and manage the pre‑weighing process and retention samples.
• Prepare and update SDS and COA documents.
• Support troubleshooting and product testing for customer complaints.
• Assist internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Update and maintain GMP and ISO documentation in the SAP system.
• Manage pest‑control contracts and ensure monthly inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemistry or a related discipline (advantageous).
• 2–3 years of QC experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Ability to assess situations objectively and act with integrity.
• Willingness to learn and support hands‑on tasks; computer literate.
