Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support the implementation and daily execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) for semiconductor manufacturing. Working closely with QA, QC Lab, engineering and production teams, the role ensures products meet customer requirements and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF and customer specifications.
• Perform document control activities, including SOP updates, change control, and record management.
• Monitor test deviations and out‑of‑spec results, coordinating timely follow‑up with QA/QC teams.
• Support NCR/MRB processes, handling containment, documentation and corrective actions.
• Track key process parameters using basic SPC tools such as control charts and capability analysis.
• Assist in creating and updating FMEA, Control Plans and PPAP documentation.

Required profile

• Experience working in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
