Quality Engineer – QAQC, QMS & Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support our manufacturing operations by ensuring supplier and material quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with international quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to uphold product integrity and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, selection, and approval, including facility audits and quality agreement reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and qualify new suppliers/materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing on material qualification projects and resolve material failures using the SCAR system.
• Implement and oversee incoming/outgoing inspection standards.
• Lead timely closure of CAPA, non‑conformance investigations, and customer complaints; publish quality performance reports.
• Chair Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to conduct root‑cause analysis and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 documentation and ensure readiness for audits and management reviews.
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling audits and ISO documentation in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301).
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R), 8D and 5W problem‑solving methodologies.
