Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead and coordinate all quality functions—including incoming, in‑process and final quality control, quality assurance, the quality system, the physical laboratory, quality services and the Business Analyst team—to ensure optimal cost, quality, productivity, safety and equipment uptime within a PCB manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Management Representative for QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS16949, AS9001, NADCAP and RBA.
• Plan and supervise manpower budgeting, forecasting and performance appraisals for all quality sections.
• Set and monitor section‑level objectives and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of incoming, in‑process and final quality control, laboratory services and quality assurance.
• Drive overall planning to achieve high capability and process control across work, machines, manpower and procedures.
• Resolve quality‑related issues, implement cost‑saving programs and ensure document control and revision management.
• Ensure engineers and technicians are trained, qualified and continuously developed.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and implement quality programs per SQAT guidelines.
• Guide the Business Analyst team to produce accurate management and customer reports, sales forecasts and quarterly business summaries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within quality functions.
• Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, especially in quality control.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
