Quantity Surveyor – Jurong Island

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take‑offs and measurements from construction drawings to support progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs from approved, revised, shop and as‑built drawings.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documents to identify discrepancies.
• Measure completed works in line with contract requirements.
• Develop quantity calculations and measurement sheets for interim payments and final accounts.
• Update take‑offs to reflect design revisions, site instructions and approved changes.
• Quantify additional or omitted works and compile documentation for variation orders.
• Verify and reconcile quantities submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain organized records of all quantity data for commercial use.
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers and commercial departments.
• Support cost control, budgeting, forecasting and progress reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years post‑contract quantity surveying experience in power plant, EPC, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience preparing quantity take‑offs from construction, shop and as‑built drawings.
• Willingness to work on Jurong Island.
