About the role
Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Singapore office. You will provide comprehensive front‑desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle all incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate couriers, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain office equipment.
- Track and replenish stationery, office, and pantry supplies.
- Negotiate with vendors for printing services and other supplies.
- Assist HR with onboarding kits, training matrix updates, and locker key management.
- Support secretarial tasks such as arranging client meals, meetings, and internal events.
- Handle seasonal parking arrangements and raise purchase requisitions and orders for operational invoices.
- Provide daily admin support to HR and supervisors, including transport invoice processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and manage external and internal training administration, including registration, claim processing, and reporting.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level education.
- 3–5 years of relevant front‑desk or administrative experience.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal skills, and a team‑player attitude.
