Recruiter – 6-Month Contract, Convertible to Permanent

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing fintech firm, is seeking a Recruiter on a six‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position. You will partner closely with hiring managers across APAC to attract and secure top talent for both international and local roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination across multiple time zones, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure smooth process administration.
• Provide a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Generate recruitment reports, identify process improvements, and support broader HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple APAC geographies, understanding local hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or related sectors is a plus.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
