Recruiter – 6-Month Contract, Convertible to Permanent

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing fintech company, is looking for a Recruiter to support both international and local hiring needs. This newly created position will run for six months on a fixed‑term basis with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance across multiple time zones.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.
• Coordinate interview schedules, handle logistics, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support recruitment operations, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Proven ability to recruit across the APAC region, navigating different hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Experience working with stakeholders in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, or related sectors is a plus.
