Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition (Singapore)

About the role

Figma is seeking an experienced full‑cycle Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Singapore and the broader APAC region. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that support our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for go‑to‑market functions such as sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create top‑of‑funnel strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Source passive talent through cold outreach, events, and content creation while managing inbound applications and referrals.
• Use data and metrics to shape hiring strategies and present insights to executives.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives across the recruiting function.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle, in‑house recruiting experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives on high‑volume, go‑to‑market searches.
• Deep knowledge of the SaaS and scaling‑tech landscape in APAC, especially Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to develop talent strategies with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
