Recruiter II – Business Recruiting

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to own the end‑to‑end hiring experience for its business teams. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, champion the Datadog brand, and help shape a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified talent through job boards, referrals, agencies and creative channels.
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to design or streamline interview processes.
• Manage candidate communication, follow‑up and closure.
• Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
• Train interview teams and continuously improve recruitment workflows.
• Use Greenhouse to track candidates, resurface talent and maintain clean reporting data.
• Deliver an excellent interview experience for all candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience in‑house or at a staffing agency.
• Proven ability to source top talent and work autonomously on multiple requisitions.
• Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and adapt to evolving processes.
