About the role

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking motivated Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to join its talent acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, driving high‑volume recruitment and representing the Allegis brand throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fulfillment of high‑volume vacancies, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
• Source candidates directly and partner with the Talent Sourcing team to build pipelines that meet volume requirements.
• Manage the contractual recruitment delivery process to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing market intelligence and talent advisory.
• Document recruitment data accurately, complying with legislation and client processes.
• Monitor recruitment activity, forecast volume, and allocate workload accordingly.
• Coach candidates for interviews, delivering professional feedback promptly.
• Maintain engagement with existing talent pools and communicate potential opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience conducting behavioural‑based interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.
