Recruiter – Singapore

About the role

Lumilens is seeking a Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical, manufacturing, operations and corporate functions at its Bulim Square facility in Singapore. You will be pivotal in scaling the workforce needed for rapid production ramp‑ups and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations and corporate roles.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner for the Bulim Square facility.
• Design and execute high‑volume hiring campaigns to support manufacturing scale‑ups.
• Collaborate with contract‑manufacturer recruitment teams on workforce planning and manpower readiness.
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment events and talent mapping.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain compliance with local regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health and hiring target achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in high‑volume hiring, manufacturing or operations environments preferred.
• Familiarity with working alongside contract manufacturers or staffing partners.
