Recruiter – Singapore or Sydney

About the role

The Recruiter role is pivotal to Gartner’s success, partnering with business units to source and assess top talent. You will work either in Singapore or Sydney, helping shape the future workforce of a global leader in technology and business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
• Develop a thorough understanding of hiring needs by building strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in a tracking database and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Proven direct‑sourcing and talent‑mapping success.
• Consistent track‑record of meeting metrics or goal‑based talent acquisition targets.
• Strong time‑management, organizational abilities, and results‑orientation.
